The human body is clouded by toxins everywhere it goes, thus, there is a need for detoxification. The first day of this 1 week detox diet plan is to drink natural fruit and vegetable juices before, during, and/or after meals. You can opt to drink tea or coffee but with the exception of sugar. Water is also a part of this diet.
For day 2, incorporate potatoes in your diet. You can have potato salad, mashed potatoes, and/or potato soup in your meals.
Day 3 is the day for rice. You have to boil 200 grams of rice for 25 to 30 minutes and divide this into 5 fractions. Eat a fraction of the rice every 2 hours.
Day 4 is when the fruits come into action. Eat fruits only for the whole day except for bananas as these encourage constipation.

The last day of the detox diet plan is when you get to eat meat at last. It is, however, advised to still incorporate fruits and vegetables in this diet. In the duration of this 1 week regimen, never use sugar in all the fluids that you drink.
